Shipping Information

My order status is fulfilled, does that mean it should have been delivered?

  • Status 'fulfilled' simply means your order has been packed by our team and it's currently on the way to you. 
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation shortly after detailing your tracking information. 
  • If your order has remained unfulfilled for more than 2 working days, please contact us with your order number and a member of the support team will get right on it. 

Can I change my delivery address?

  • Once you have placed your order through the website, for your own security we are unable to change the address for. If there is a failed delivery, the courier will leave a calling card so you can rearrange delivery directly with them. 

How about delivery?

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email when your order has been dispatched containing all of your tracking information. 
  • A signature may be required for delivery, so please ensure someone is present at the delivery address to accept the delivery.
  • Deliveries will not be made on public holiday dates, so please expect your delivery the next business day.

How long does it take to receive my order? 

  • All orders are processed within 24 hours and deliver time is expected between 3-5 business day. We aim to deliver your products/s as soon as possible. If you have any concerns during delivery time please contact support.

Is my payment information secure when placing an order?

Returns Policy

Florence & Casper offers a hassle-free experience with returns.

  • Item must be returned within 30 days from the day you've received your order, transit times are not included within this time
  • Florence & Casper currently does not offer exchanges, a refund against your original payment method will be processed upon receiving your return. If you wish to receive a different size, you'll need to place a new order via the website.
  • Item must be unworn & unwashed (no distinct odours, blemishes, signs of wear etc.) Any items found to be in poor condition will be returned back to you
  • Items covered in animal/human hair will not be accepted
  • All items are thoroughly inspected before any action is taken
  • Returns can take up to 7 days to process, so don't be alarmed if you've tracked your return as delivered but haven't heard from us yet
  • Any items bought in conjunction with a offer (e.g. 2 headbands for £XX) can only be returned to exchange for a like-for-like item, unless all items in included in the offer are returned
  • The returned parcel is the customers responsibility up until Florence & Casper has acknowledged that the package has been received into our warehouse.
